I am certified to teach through American Health and Safety Institute and American Red Cross.

All lifeguard classes will be conducted through the American Red Cross.

All health and safety classes will be done though American Health and Safety Institute.

I can offer you and your company personalized classes to fit your work and staffing schedules. I offer classes on nights, weekends and weekdays.

I have been teaching American Red Cross lifeguard classes since 2005. I have been certified in CPR and first aid for 20 years — since I first started working as a camp counselor at a Girl Scout camp in Morehead, Kentucky.

I feel very blessed to be in a position to teach people skills that could help them save a life. I have personally helped save a life by doing CPR, and through that experience, I learned that every moment counts — and to never underestimate your own potential for helping out your community!
